When looking to update their equipment, an
esteemed development company called upon Liberty's services to
modernize the elevators in their Class A corporate plaza.
CAUSE:
Headquarters Plaza accommodates approximately 700,000 square
feet of Class A office and professional mall space in historic
Morristown, NJ. Three towers and the Hyatt Hotel comprise this
prestigious office plaza. Several thousand people move throughout
the towers on a daily basis. The ownership knew that is was
important for the elevators to move efficiently so their several
Fortune 500 tenants wouldn't be inconvenienced.
ACTION:
This project had a unique challenge. The client not only
expected reduced wait times and faster service, but also a
contractor that could perform the work with minimal disruption in
the heavily trafficked, pristine towers.
They called upon Liberty to update the antiquated
proprietary equipment in the East and West tower and their
parking garage. The ownership had faith that Liberty would be able
to get the job done due to their 50 year local reputation for

RESULT:
Liberty Elevator obliged to use their technical expertise to
modernize eight high-rise traction cars in the East and West towers
and six hydraulic cars in the garage level.
