Liberty Elevator installs five new elevators in Fairway Market’s new Upper East Side location

PATERSON, N.J. – As shoppers patiently awaited the grand opening of the new Fairway Market at 240 E. 86th Street Wednesday, July 20, 2011, Liberty Elevator’s mechanics wrapped up the installation of five new roped hydraulic elevators.

The store that proclaims it is “like no other market,” now has five new elevators, with one special passenger car left to be installed. Three passenger and two freight cars were completed at the new store and Liberty worked diligently to ensure the cars were up and running for the July 20 grand opening.
