Account and New Equipment Sales Manager, Sean Brock, and Account Manager, Michael Mancuso will represent Liberty at Booth # 137 from 10:00 am – 3:30 pm. The “superhero” themed conference will consist of a mix of educational seminars and open tradeshow floor time.
Presentations include, “The One Hour Board Meeting and Beyond,” presented by Craig Huntington, President of Alliance Association Bank, a division of Western Alliance Bank; “Batman vs. Superman: The Struggle Regarding Ethics and Confidentiality for Board Members & Property Managers, presented by Jonathan Katz, Esq., and Terry Kessler, Esq., Hill Wallack LLP, and Denise Becker PCAM, Homestead Property Management, Inc., AAMC; Representatives from New Jersey chapter Legislative Action Committee (LAC) will discuss legislative and regulatory issues affecting common interest communities in New Jersey; Finally, Paul Santoriello, PCAM, CMCA, AMS, President of Taylor Management Company will speak about how vendors can work effectively with management companies in his business partner educational session entitled, “Be a Super Hero Vendor by Meeting Your Client’s Expectations.”
