Liberty Mourns the Loss of Janet Muttart

It is with deep sorrow that we inform you of the passing of Janet Muttart, the matriarch of the Liberty Elevator family. Janet N. (nee Csejka) Muttart, 70, of Long Valley, NJ passed away on Aug. 31st, 2020 at New York Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York City.

Liberty Elevator Donates N95 Respirator Masks To Local Hospitals

March 26, 2020

PATERSON, NJ. March 26, 2020 - When driving to the Paterson, NJ headquarters the other day, Liberty Elevator owner, Douglas Muttart, was listening to Doctor Radio on SiriusXM. The broadcast was presented by NYU Langone Hospital, describing the current COVID-19 situation in New York & New Jersey. Nurses were calling in to the show, expressing concerns over the need to reuse their N95 masks and a shortage of medical supplies at the area’s largest hospitals and asking the public for donations so that they can perform their work safely. This really hit home for Douglas. “As soon as I arrived at the Liberty office we searched the warehouse for any personal protective equipment we could gather”.
