Dispatcher / Service Manager Assitant
The Dispatcher / Service Manager Assistant will be responsible for inbound service calls and the daily scheduling of labor throughout the New York service territories, as well as administrative support of the Service Managers. The Dispatcher will assist the Service Managers in allocation and distribution of labor assets for repair and maintenance, from initial client contact through scheduling mechanics, dispatching and fulfillment. The candidate will also ensure all inbound inquiries are assigned, tracked and responded to in a timely manner.
This Position will be based out of the Liberty Elevator headquarters, 63 East 24th Street, Paterson, NJ. Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 4:30PM.
