LIBERTY BKLYN: A $100 million renovation project was completed on the eight-story LEED Certified Industrial loft building at Brooklyn's Industry City in the Liberty View Industrial Complex. Covering an area of 1.2 million sq.ft. and boasting three stunning new lobby entrances, this 1920's property underwent a significant modernization. Liberty Elevator Corporation was responsible for the installation or renovation of all 21 commercial and freight elevators. The main entrance features the custom installation of twin glass hoist way lifts, providing access to the first two retail floors.
